Lindner Hotels & Resorts, a family-run group operating 37 hotels across seven European countries, launched its new “me and all” bleisure boutique brand in 2016 and faced a familiar industry challenge: with no historical data for the new hotels, how could they accurately forecast demand and set prices? As an existing client of IDeaS with the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System already deployed across the estate, Lindner turned to IDeaS for support.
IDeaS used its Limited Data Build within IDeaS G3 RMS to clone and combine estimates from similar properties, producing reliable forecasts and guest-behavior projections from day one. The result: Lindner opened the new hotel without deep discounting, achieved immediate ROI, and outperformed budgeted forecasts—RevPAR was 14% higher and ADR 15% stronger than predicted in the first half year.
