Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, the luxury brand of Minor Hotel Group with properties across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East and Africa, faced time‑consuming rate management and parity maintenance that left revenue teams pressing buttons instead of analysing strategy. To increase automation, efficiency and pricing accuracy, Anantara evaluated revenue management systems and selected IDeaS, implementing the IDeaS Pricing System.
IDeaS automated data collection and dynamic pricing across Anantara’s portfolio, with 17 properties migrated to the system and revenue teams able to focus on strategy rather than manual entry. As a result, Anantara achieved an average year‑on‑year RevPAR increase of 14.86% and a 17.31% rise in average daily room revenue, demonstrating measurable improvements in efficiency and revenue performance with IDeaS.
