Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas, the luxury brand of Minor Hotel Group with properties across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East and Africa, faced time‑consuming rate management and parity maintenance that left revenue teams pressing buttons instead of analysing strategy.
