Hilton needed a revenue management technology to support its Global Revenue Optimization (GRO) initiative so hotel owners could better manage room availability and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. To address this challenge, Hilton engaged IDeaS and deployed the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (G3 RMS).

IDeaS integrated G3 RMS with Hilton’s existing systems and rolled it out across multiple brands including Hampton Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites. The system tracks and analyzes historical and current business performance to remove guesswork from pricing and revenue decisions, enabling hotel operators and owners to make better-informed choices, drive higher revenues and position Hilton and its franchisees for long-term financial success.
