Dorchester Collection, a rapidly expanding five-star luxury hotel group with seven properties in Europe and the U.S., needed to sustain global growth and stay competitive in the elite luxury hotel sector. To address this, Dorchester Collection selected the IDeaS Revenue Management System from vendor IDeaS to improve pricing, inventory and revenue strategies across its portfolio.
IDeaS implemented its Revenue Management System—including its Last Room Value (LRV) capability—to better understand demand and booking pace, delivering greater efficiency and accuracy in inventory and rate decisions. As a result, Dorchester Collection saw improved revenue generation and market penetration at Le Meurice in Paris and maintained RevPAR dominance at The Dorchester in London, with measurable gains in rate and inventory management attributed to IDeaS.
