DORMERO Hotels, a 12‑property group in Germany pursuing further expansion, needed accurate forecasting and centralized pricing to remove local guesswork and ensure consistent rate distribution. To solve this, they deployed the IDeaS Revenue Management System (RMS), integrated with their property management system and channel manager, to automate rate updates and communicate pricing strategies across the group.
Using IDeaS’ RMS and its group evaluation module, DORMERO centrally manages forecasts, BAR rates and channel distribution with frequent automated updates. IDeaS’ solution delivered measurable impact — a 6% additional revenue uplift in transient business in the first six months across all 12 hotels and significant increases in group business revenue, with sustained improvements reported after more than three years of use.
