Community Cycling Center creates a 3-minute advocacy video with Ideas Collide

The Community Cycling Center, a non-profit organization, faced the challenge of advocating for inclusive biking and pedestrian infrastructure in underserved Portland neighborhoods and engaging donors for its Latinx-led ABC program. They partnered with the vendor Ideas Collide to utilize their video production and editing services to tell the program's authentic stories and highlight this disparity.

Ideas Collide produced a documentary-style video featuring interviews with ABC members, which was translated with subtitles to ensure inclusivity. The video premiered at a fundraising event, effectively sparking conversations and raising awareness, and is now featured on the ABC Program's webpage to engage potential supporters. This project for the Community Cycling Center subsequently won a Silver Cascadia Creative Award.
