thoughtworks, a pioneer of distributed agile, needed to measure the pulse of how its people wanted to work as it expanded into 17 global markets. To listen to co-workers’ needs and expectations, thoughtworks partnered with Ideanote, using Ideanote Engage features (Idea Widget, Single Sign-On and Activity Feed) to run a Future of Work outreach campaign.
Using Ideanote, thoughtworks engaged 6,155 co-workers (about 60% of its workforce) across 17 countries and collected 1,550 ideas within weeks; the platform’s secure, customizable collaboration tools turned that feedback into concrete work‑culture initiatives. Ideanote’s solution delivered fast, measurable participation and helped thoughtworks translate input into organizational change.
