DI Consulting, the largest network of its kind in Denmark representing over 700 professional service firms, needed a better way to hear and act on member needs as digitalization changed expectations. Previously reliant on fragmented channels (emails, in-person feedback, multiple tools) they struggled to consolidate insights and maintain a bird’s-eye view. To recenter engagement and improve customer experience they turned to Ideanote, using Ideanote Engage to collect and manage member ideas.
Ideanote centralized DI Consulting’s ideation with nine idea-collection missions and automated engagement tools, enabling 1,400 participants to submit 300 ideas in the first seven weeks. The platform’s review and rating workflows let DI Consulting prioritize 30 proposals for the board and convert two into new member-facing initiatives, while saving time and creating a sustainable, inclusive feedback loop. Ideanote thus helped DI Consulting map member needs, improve services, and accelerate decision-making.
