Enreach, a pan-European communications company, needed a better way to collect and manage ideas and feedback across its products and internal processes. It turned to Ideanote to streamline idea gathering and make it easier for teams and users to contribute in a more organized way.

With Ideanote, Enreach created a collaborative innovation process where colleagues, customers, and end users could submit, validate, and refine ideas. The platform was adopted across about 10 products and 15 teams, helping Enreach collect more than 1,500 ideas and pieces of feedback and turn many of them into reality.
