CareVet LLC, a fast-growing network of veterinary hospitals operating across more than 30 U.S. states, needed a faster way to process an exponentially growing acquisition pipeline. As they brought new practices into the group, they wanted a secure central place for applicants to upload documents and for internal teams to review them in stages, with clear permissions, reporting, and access tracking. They chose iDeals virtual data room to support this acquisition workflow.

Using iDeals, CareVet LLC created separate folders for each applicant, assigned different access levels for sellers and internal teams, and used reporting features to monitor document activity without manually checking every folder. The platform helped speed up acquisitions and improve security, with Britni Harper noting how easy it was to upload, move, rename, and reorganize files. Since adopting iDeals, CareVet acquired 50 hospitals soon after implementation, added 53 more in 2022, and now manages 180 hospitals with over 1,600 employees, supported by 18 administrators and 680 users in the data room.
