Idealist Consulting built the Land Trust Tracker, an unpublished, unmanaged, and native application that standardized processes for tracking properties, projects, and volunteers. The solution enabled land trusts to share information efficiently from anywhere. As a result, the initial thirty trusts that adopted the app cut their CRM adoption costs by over 50% and achieved significant business process standardization, with the application continuing to be deployed by many more trusts years later.
