Procore, a fast-growing construction software company, needed help scaling its Salesforce environment as headcount, sales activity, and internal processes expanded rapidly. With limited in-house coding resources and a growing need for dependable lead management and system integration, Procore partnered with Idealist consulting for Salesforce support and guidance.

Idealist consulting helped Procore integrate Salesforce with Intacct to connect sales and finance data, and also built a proof of concept for integrating Procore’s internal application with Salesforce. These efforts improved visibility across teams, reduced data silos, and helped Procore move toward a more connected customer view. The results included nearly 100% user adoption, with almost all 108 licensed users logging in within the past 24 hours, showing strong engagement with Salesforce.
