The National Community Land Trust Network is a public benefit organization that supports community land trusts through research, advocacy, education, and member services. As the group grew beyond its early FileMaker setup, it turned to Salesforce and needed help from Idealist consulting to migrate data, improve reporting, and better manage membership, events, and online forms.

Idealist consulting implemented and supported Salesforce NPSP upgrades, integrations with FormAssembly, VerticalResponse, and Click & Pledge, and a smooth move from the One-to-One to the Household model. The result was real-time access to data, more than 80% of membership drives managed through Salesforce, easier conference registration for 300+ attendees, and a conversion that staff said they “barely noticed,” showing a low-disruption upgrade with stronger operational efficiency.
