The Idaho Conservation League, a longtime Salesforce user, needed to improve constituent and donor tracking while upgrading from NPSP 2.0 to NPSP 3.0 and moving to the household account model. Working with Idealist Consulting, the organization wanted a cleaner way to manage duplicates, hard and soft credits, and donation attribution across contacts, households, and businesses.
Idealist Consulting guided the Idaho Conservation League through data hygiene reporting, cleanup of roughly 600 business-related records, sandbox testing, and implementation support for NPSP 3.0. The result was a much cleaner Salesforce instance, easier donation attribution, better reporting, and stronger data practices for future campaigns, helping staff trust their data and reducing confusion around household rollups and credits.
