Global Fund For Women, a women’s rights organization focused on supporting women and girls worldwide, faced the urgent challenge of quickly mobilizing supporters and donors after Typhoon Haiyan. The group needed a fast, effective way to raise disaster relief funds and engage both existing and new supporters.

Idealist consulting implemented Soapbox Engage’s online fundraising and content management tools, with real-time Salesforce integration and PayPal payment options, to streamline donations and outreach. The effort generated more than $75,000 in online contributions, making it Global Fund For Women’s most successful online giving campaign to date; over one-third of donations came from new supporters.
