Envoy Relationship Marketing, a Portland-based marketing startup, needed a better way to organize scattered client and lead data that was spread across Excel files, Dropbox folders, and paper call logs. To support its growth and move onto Salesforce, Envoy engaged Idealist consulting for a Quickstart implementation with Salesforce CRM.

Idealist consulting centralized Envoy’s lead and campaign processes in Salesforce, set up user profiles and reports, migrated spreadsheet data, and added Web-to-Lead and email tools. As a result, Envoy reduced manual data entry, improved reporting for internal teams and clients, and created a more scalable process while growing from three to seven team members in a year.
