Idealist Consulting implemented the NPSP Household model, which streamlined donation reporting and introduced new features like an automated naming tool and improved moves management tracking. This resulted in significantly increased efficiency, better tracking functionality, and saved worker hours. CWS expects to recover the upgrade costs within a few years and staff can now make donor asks with the full context of the relationship behind them.
