Brickwork - Customer Case Study

Brickwork, a free native Salesforce application for nonprofits from iATS, helps organizations process one-time and recurring payments through online donation forms or a virtual terminal and store payment history in Salesforce. As Salesforce evolved, iATS needed to modernize Brickwork and keep pace with new platform capabilities while supporting more than 1,000 organizations using the app.

Idealist Consulting helped migrate Brickwork from s-controls and JavaScript to Apex and Visualforce, then continued managing upgrades, bug fixes, and new features over 100 versions. The result was a continuously improved app with regular releases, automatic updates for clients, and stronger case-management support, enabling Brickwork to stay current and scalable for nonprofit users.
