Thompson Community Services (TCS) is a British Columbia organization that supports people with developmental disabilities across more than 21 communities. Facing a growing presence and a geography-limiting name, TCS engaged ideaLEVER Solutions to upgrade its website and clarify its brand through services including brand positioning, identity design, web design, content strategy and print collateral.

ideaLEVER Solutions led an intensive brand discovery to produce a brand bible, transitioned the name to “TCS,” developed a new logo, colour palette and typography, and redesigned a website with regional architecture that surfaces local content in no more than two clicks. The work also included cohesive print materials on 100% post-consumer paper and consolidated printing that saved TCS thousands of dollars; the new identity and site were met with overwhelming praise at the organization’s staff retreat.
