Cargill needed a simpler, consistent way to manage training and competency across multiple sites and a fluctuating workforce. To address this, Cargill adopted Lucidity from Ideagen Lucidity as a single HSEQ/learning management platform to deliver online and instructor-led training and keep all records in one place.
Ideagen Lucidity implemented role-based assignment, central recording of results, remote access to modules, and downloadable training-need matrices. The solution let managers assign a role to groups of workers (including nearly 800 casual staff during a busy harvest), centrally manage and monitor training requirements instead of doing it per person, and simplify reporting — reducing administrative effort and improving visibility of compliance and training gaps.
