Facing disparate EHS systems across 40 locations, Meritor needed to standardize processes and strengthen employee health, safety and environmental protection company‑wide.

Meritor implemented the ProcessMAP EHS platform to consolidate systems, automate manual workflows, standardize audits, and provide dashboards and robust tracking/reporting for safety and environmental metrics. The program improved trend analysis and corrective‑action tracking and helped drive reductions in environmental impact; results included 60% of manufacturing and distribution centers ISO 14001 certified, a Total Recordable Case rate improvement to 0.74 in 2018 (from 0.76 in 2016), and 35% of locations reporting zero recordable incidents in 2018.
