IDE Group’s network helps Securus offer triple cloud failover

Securus Communications, a UK communications company, needed a stronger foundation for its private wide area networking business. It was struggling to find a provider that could support all of its data centre requirements, connect effectively between data centres, and help it reach a larger customer base while keeping its always-live uptime promise.

IDE Group provided colocation space in two of its London Points of Presence data centres, network backbone connectivity, and IP Transit. Securus said IDE Group’s network and support helped extend its reach across more data centres, and Brett Rowe said the company had not had a single glitch.
