Hughes launches a 5-star garden trolley with ID&C

Industrial Design Consultancy Ltd (ID&C) was approached by Hughes to create a garden trolley that could assist gardeners by carrying heavy loads like plants and waste sacks, while also providing useful spaces for tools. The challenge was to develop a design that was not only robust and highly functional but also cost-effective.

ID&C developed a range of concepts, ultimately creating the Garden Gopher trolley. The solution incorporated novel features such as handy trays, a fold-out table, tool holders, and bag holders. The final product was a high-quality, collapsible trolley praised for being light, strong, well-balanced, and easy to use. ID&C delivered a highly successful product that received a 5-star user rating for its utility and loading capacity.
