De La Rue improves operator flexibility with ID&C for a compact under-counter TCR machine

ID&C was commissioned by De La Rue to develop an ergonomic Teller Cash Recycling (TCR) machine. The challenge was to engineer a modular machine that could be used in various configurations and locations, was easy to maintain, and had a consistent external appearance across the range.

ID&C developed the Vertera cash recycler, a compact and under-counter machine designed for close proximity to the operator. This ergonomic design by ID&C addressed health and safety issues, reduced physical strain, and delivered greater ease-of-use. The solution improved both time and cost efficiencies for the customer's operations.
