SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK, a major waste and water management company, required a bespoke EPoS system to support its ambitious reuse strategy at its Renew Hub and three reuse shops in Greater Manchester. The challenge was to find a solution from vendor ICRTouch that could handle unique needs like barcode assignment, label printing, weight reporting, and accurate tracking of sales and product tonnage.

The solution implemented by ICRTouch, through its partner EPOS Systems, utilized its TouchPoint software and TouchOffice Web to create a customized ecosystem. This system automated barcode labeling with embedded prices, assigned average weights to products for crucial reporting, and enabled central management. The result was an efficient system that provided SUEZ with the accurate data needed to track progress towards its waste reduction goals and manage business growth effectively.
