Fur & Feather Pet Shop needed to update its existing EPoS system and sought a solution from ICRTouch partner Nexserve Ltd. The pet shop required a system that was easy to use but could handle complex stock control, purchasing, and sales, with the imperative need to transfer years of existing data.
