Exeter City FC, a long-standing ICRTouch customer since 2009, needed a more up-to-date EPoS system to cover both new and existing stands at their stadium. Their challenge was to integrate card payments, speed up transactions during busy intermissions, and reduce the risk of manual input errors with a minimalistic setup.

ICRTouch implemented a solution consisting of 10 TouchPoint terminals and one handheld terminal, all integrated with Paymentsense EFT terminals. The upgrade modernized their system, saved money by reusing existing hardware, and provided real-time sales and stock management via TouchOffice Web. The club benefited from a considerable drop in transaction mistakes and gained clearer insight into customer spending.
