Derby Manor Hotel & Restaurant, a luxury hotel and fine dining establishment, required a complete EPoS solution after a total refurbishment. Their challenge was to find a system that could handle all operational needs, interface with their hotel management software to post charges to guest rooms, and be accessible remotely by the owners. They partnered with vendor ICRTouch to address these requirements.

ICRTouch implemented a solution using their TouchPoint EPoS terminals and TouchOffice Web software. This allowed food and beverage transactions to post seamlessly to guest room accounts via the Resident Pro hotel management system. The cloud-based TouchOffice Web gave the owners the ability to access real-time sales data and update the system from anywhere in the world. The staff was professionally trained, giving them complete control over daily operations with ongoing support from the vendor.
