Bob & Berts expands to nearly 30 stores with ICRTouch

Bob & Berts, a growing coffee shop chain, required an exclusive EPoS provider to outfit all of its new locations across the UK with a fully integrated system. The challenge was to install a solution that was easy for staff to use and would streamline operations to improve efficiency and customer service. They partnered with vendor ICRTouch and their authorized partner, Ireland Business Systems (IBS), to implement their software and hardware.

The solution from ICRTouch, implemented by IBS, included till terminals, a digital kitchen order management system (TouchKitchen), and a centralized back-office reporting system (TouchOffice Web). This provided seamless integration, reduced mistakes, and gave the management real-time insights across all nearly 30 locations. As a result, Bob & Berts achieved efficient multi-site operations and accurate, customizable reporting, allowing them to manage their entire business effectively.
