Birmingham Pride, a large multi-day music festival, required a new EPoS solution to reliably operate all tills across its numerous bars and enable easy tracking of sales across the entire event, moving away from restricted manual reporting. They partnered with vendor ICRTouch and their Authorised Gold Partner, Smart Epos, for an integrated event solution.

ICRTouch implemented over 100 integrated, networked terminals running on their TouchPoint and TouchOffice Web software. This provided the management team with instant live reporting to view sales and income hour-by-hour, and allowed for proactive stock and staff decisions. The result was an efficient system that kept up with the event's incredibly high demand, ensuring streamlined service and an improved customer experience for Birmingham Pride.
