Barbican Events Limited, the organizer of UK Oktoberfest celebrations, faced the challenge of managing extremely high volumes of food and beverage orders across multiple event locations efficiently. To streamline service and gain a complete overview of performance, they worked with vendor ICRTouch and their partner PanaEpos to implement a robust EPoS ecosystem.

The ICRTouch solution included a combination of TouchPoint tills, dozens of handheld TouchPoint Lite devices, the ByTable self-ordering platform for VIP areas, and the TouchOffice Web back-office system.
