iContact helped The Scramble build automated workflows and a custom WordPress API integration that synced member preferences, status, and renewal dates in real time. This allowed the team to send more relevant, targeted emails and improve engagement, resulting in average open rates of 40% for weekly meal plans, 32% for newsletters, and 29.4% for a Black Friday third-party offer.
