How The Scramble Rebranded with the Help of the iContact Design Services Team

The Scramble, led by CEO Jessica Braider, faced a shifting audience and the need to rebrand—from The Six O'Clock Scramble to a simpler identity—while keeping subscribers engaged and reassuring them that beloved weekly meal plans and grocery lists would remain. To refresh its look across social and web channels and better serve changing customer needs, The Scramble teamed with iContact, leveraging the iContact Design Services team, Content Services, and iContact Pro Automation.

iContact’s Design Services produced co‑branded images and a new website and logo focused on a calm, family‑friendly experience, while Content Services crafted the announcement blog to guide subscribers through the transition. iContact also continued to power segmented, personalized email automation, making customer communications simple and fluid; the rebrand delivered a stronger brand voice, improved social and site presence, and freed Jessica to focus on growing brand awareness and new recipe development.
