Orange Prestations TV (OPTV), the media services arm of Orange, faced significant challenges in scaling its broadcast graphics workflows. Its small creative team struggled to manage a rapidly expanding media library, adapt content for multiple platforms, and streamline approval processes amidst growing demand for high-quality promotional materials. To overcome these bottlenecks and achieve greater efficiency, OPTV turned to Iconik for a modern media management solution.
Iconik was implemented as the central hub for a new, automated media supply chain. Integrated with Ignifai and Embrace, the solution created an automated workflow that massively increased OPTV's output. The results were substantial: Iconik helped OPTV triple its graphic production from 25,000 to 75,000 deliverables per year without adding staff, while also improving collaboration and future-proofing its infrastructure.
