The customer, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE), required a memorable and impactful experience to honor the retirement of basketball star Kyle Lowry, the greatest Toronto Raptor of all time. They partnered with vendor Icon Digital to create a hero's welcome event utilizing services like creative design, large format printing, and installation.

Icon Digital implemented a multi-faceted experiential solution. The centerpiece was transforming the team's locker room into a museum using custom foamcore boards to display career highlights. The vendor also produced a vinyl mural, custom seat covers, a branded parking spot, mesh banners, and press conference materials. Icon Digital successfully delivered a masterclass in storytelling for this historic moment in Toronto sports.
