The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) faced the challenge of raising awareness of its police oversight role and encouraging people, particularly within regional Victoria's LGBTIQA+ and CALD communities, to safely report police misconduct. Icon Agency partnered with IBAC to design a targeted creative communications campaign to tackle this unreported issue.

Icon Agency developed the "You have the right to not remain silent" campaign, which used emotive and empathetic creative content featuring representative community members. The multi-platform solution ran across outdoor, radio, print, and digital media to clearly define police misconduct and assure the public of safe, anonymous reporting options. Icon Agency successfully brought this vital campaign to life with powerful video, photography, and striking art direction.
