Inheritance of Hope, a nonprofit founded by Kristen and Deric Milligan, helps young families facing a parent’s terminal illness through Legacy Retreats, counseling, scholarships and resources. To expand services nationwide and better identify the informational needs of families, Inheritance of Hope partnered with iCohere and its webinar/Unified Learning platform via the "Serving Those Who Serve Others" grant to deliver virtual programming.

Using iCohere’s pro-bono grant and platform, Inheritance of Hope launched the Legacy Lunch webinar series—survey-driven sessions with high-caliber speakers that create reusable recorded assets, deepen presenter–attendee engagement, and reduce travel and event costs. Building on its existing impact (221 families from 38 states have attended Legacy Retreats since 2008), the iCohere-powered program enabled the nonprofit to scale educational offerings nationally, increase accessibility for families, and retain content for long‑term dissemination.
