Icinga provided a distributed cluster setup that enables ProfitBricks to monitor all its data centers from a single frontend. The Icinga Director module for Icinga Web 2 offered powerful configuration management, allowing the company to automatically generate Icinga 2 configurations from its existing CMDB data, creating a highly efficient and centralized monitoring solution.
