The Debian Project, a worldwide non-profit organization with over 1000 developers, required a monitoring solution for its extensive infrastructure. They chose Icinga to handle this critical task.

Icinga provided an enhanced Classic UI and features like acknowledgements with expire times, which were key factors in the solution. As a result, Icinga now successfully monitors the organization's entire operation, consisting of 220 hosts and more than 13,000 services, all from a single, standalone instance.
