U.S. Government - Customer Case Study

The U.S. Government, spurred by challenges with federal procurement of digital services, required a new way to train its acquisition workforce. The need was to foster innovation and equip staff with the knowledge to act as catalysts for change. ICF partnered with the U.S. Digital Service to address this challenge using its Dynamic Learning Platform.

ICF's solution was a customized Agile learning program built on the open source edX platform. It combined iterative content delivery, practical application on live projects, and continuous feedback. The results were highly successful, with a post-program survey showing 83% of participants noticed a change in their job behavior and 72% were initiating or seeking to initiate innovation in the digital acquisition process.
