Nevoton, a provider of smart home automation systems, had an outdated mobile application for controlling its devices. They tasked the vendor, IceRock, with improving the app's performance and expanding its functionality to manage systems like lighting, heating, and pool equipment.

IceRock developed a new application from scratch for both iOS and Android using Kotlin Multiplatform. This new, intuitive app allowed users to control device parameters and set activation scenarios. After a smooth migration process for the existing user base, the new app was successfully launched on the App Store and Google Play. IceRock's solution provided a stable platform capable of handling over 30 connected devices simultaneously.
