Leroy Merlin builds a quiz app in 7 months with IceRock

The customer, Leroy Merlin, needed a way to help its new store employees learn and adapt to their workplace workflows and systems. The challenge was to create a solution that would allow for training and skill improvement while enabling mentors and managers to monitor progress. They partnered with the vendor, IceRock, to develop a mobile application to meet this need.

IceRock developed a quiz-based Android app and an administrative panel. The solution used animated characters to guide employees through tests, while managers used the admin panel to create tests and track results and statistics. The application was successfully rolled out to 121 stores with 907 users, and the client accepted the final product without any additional comments.
