Delivery Club launches express delivery with IceRock in 30 days

Delivery Club, a food delivery service, needed to quickly launch a new mobile application for their in-store pickers to support a new express delivery partnership with major retail chains. The challenge was to develop this integrated picker app under an extremely tight, one-month deadline to coincide with the official service launch. Vendor IceRock was engaged to develop the Android application using Kotlin.

IceRock developed the Kotlin for Android app that allowed pickers to receive order notifications, view all order details, and communicate directly with customers for substitutions. Despite a tight deadline and a blind development process with the client's backend, IceRock delivered the application on schedule. The solution was successfully tested by 10 pickers who found it convenient, and the customer was satisfied with the outcome.
