TruHome Solutions, LLC is a Lenexa, Kansas–based credit union service organization that provides private‑label mortgage origination and servicing for 31 credit unions in 26 states. Facing highly customized workflows and fragmented data entry across Encompass, the company needed to improve internal efficiency and scalability to support growth.

Partnering with Ellie Mae and using Encompass, TruHome consolidated data into custom input forms, automated general‑ledger and secondary‑file uploads, added a post‑closing tracker, and deployed Encompass WebCenter and Velocify for digital borrower and lead management. The result: average turn time fell from 47 to 24 days, HMDA‑ready application volume and closed‑loan units rose well above peer averages, staffing and process automation delivered about $892K in annual savings, client onboarding dropped from 30–45 days to as little as three, and TruHome earned the 2018 Ellie Mae Hall of Fame award for Digital Mortgage Excellence.
