PRMI found that loan officers working in the field often had to return to the office to start applications, which cost time and even led to lost deals; the company needed a secure, easy way for staff to capture prospects and manage loans from any device.
PRMI rolled out Encompass mobile access in 2017, with two-factor authentication, an intuitive interface, and plans to convert custom forms for full mobile use. The change let officers capture applications and view pipelines on the go, boosting productivity, speeding response times, reducing lost opportunities, and improving customer service.
