Viggo Eindhoven Airport B.V. - Customer Case Study

Viggo Eindhoven Airport B.V., the largest service provider at Eindhoven Airport (handling ~28,000 flights and over 4 million passengers annually and employing 600+ operators), faced severe spreadsheet overuse that left HR and business‑analysis teams unable to quickly or accurately analyze manpower data. To tackle this, the icCube platform was brought in to provide an OLAP server and front‑end modules to modernize HR analytics and reduce reliance on unwieldy spreadsheets.

The implemented solution centralized spreadsheets into a dedicated HR data warehouse (two variants built on SQL and NoSQL), added ETL routines for CSV sources, and layered on visualization and OLAP analysis powered by icCube as a proof of concept. As a result, Viggo can now produce low‑cost, faster and more accurate decision‑making outputs—unmasking problems in workforce data and enabling the HR/BA teams to act more effectively with icCube’s analytics and visualization capabilities.
