Loh Services GmbH, the central service company for the Friedhelm Loh Group, faced a challenge with its manual and time-consuming administration of identities and access rights for over 12,100 employees. The increasing workload from Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and an upcoming audit drove them to seek a modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. They partnered with vendor iC Consult to implement the One Identity Manager platform.

iC Consult implemented a centralized IGA solution using the cloud-native One Identity Manager. This automated JML and recertification processes, integrated key applications like SAP and Microsoft 365, and provided a new web portal for user management. The results included enhanced security and compliance, a modernized IT landscape, and a significantly reduced workload for IT staff, leading Loh Services to outsource ongoing operations to iC Consult via a managed services model.
