iC Consult modernized BEL Group's IAM infrastructure by migrating it to Microsoft Azure and integrating it with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow. This created a seamless, automated platform for user lifecycle management. The results included significantly accelerated onboarding, role changes, and offboarding, full automation of JML processes, and a user-friendly self-service portal. iC Consult also established a dual-tier Managed Services model to ensure ongoing operational support and flexible innovation.
