A national chip brand partnered with the Ibotta Performance Network with the goal of boosting redemptions and purchases across its entire portfolio of products.
The solution implemented by Ibotta successfully attracted new customers and increased buyer loyalty. Results showed that 89.2% of shoppers purchased a product from a category that was new to them, and nearly half of those buyers made a repeat purchase. The campaign also grew the manufacturer's brand basket size and spend, with the number of products per basket increasing by 44% and the basket spend on eligible items jumping by 42%.
