TechBridge Lifting Communities by Enabling Data Sharing

TechBridge, a national nonprofit based in Atlanta that helps nonprofits use technology to break the cycle of generational poverty, needed a way to reliably share data for the United Way of Greater Nashville’s Family Collective across five counties and 24 partner organizations. Disparate client management systems and changing data prevented effective coordination, so TechBridge implemented IBM StreamSets’ smart data pipelines to enable a distributed, bi-directional data-sharing solution.

IBM StreamSets pipelines connect multiple Salesforce instances, perform deduplication, and aggregate data into United Way’s main Salesforce while integrating with Snowflake on AWS for cloud‑agnostic warehousing. With IBM StreamSets enabling bi-directional data sharing, partners can better coordinate care—resulting in 79 families housed, 680 families prevented from homelessness, 1,667 adults served, and 20 adults enrolled in higher education since the Family Collective began—and TechBridge aims to expand the ecosystem to more communities.
